Product Return Policy

In the event that the customer receives damaged product(s) or product(s) in error, the customer must notify Curtis Bay Customer Service within five (5) business days of receipt of order for a reshipment to be placed.

In the event that the customer wants to return or exchange product(s), the customer must contact Curtis Bay Customer Service within thirty (30) business days of receipt of order to see if they are eligible for a return or exchange. Customer will be not be refunded the shipping fee and is responsible for paying a restocking fee for returning product(s) at the manufacturers discretion and the return shipping fee that is a calculated rate. Product to be returned must be in the original packaging and in full item count. Partial returns are not accepted. If the customer exchanges or purchases a new product(s), they will be charged a new shipping fee.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Product Warranty

Curtis Bay will replace any product that is deemed defective. This warranty is made on the condition that (i) Customer provides Curtis Bay with written notice of any defect (in no event later than one (1) month from the date of shipment), (ii) defective product is inspected by Curtis Bay and (iii) Curtis Bay determines that Customer's claim is valid under the terms of this warranty.

In the event that Purchaser makes any modifications to the Products or does not utilize the Product in strict accordance with the Instructions for Use (included with the Product), the foregoing warranty shall be null and void. Curtis Bay Compliance shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages. In no event shall the Company liability for defective Products exceed the corresponding purchase price of the Product.
