"I just wanted to pass along a compliment to the employee that comes to pick up our biohazard boxes. He is always so polite! There are times he has to wait for our staff member to unlock the biohazard door for him to get to our boxes, but he just smiles and says, "It's not a problem". He is a hard worker and shows respect to our staff."
